# Agent Front Desk

> The AI front desk you own, built into your website and your CRM.

Agent Front Desk is in a private beta with limited spots. It is an AI chat, browser voice and phone assistant for a business website. It is sold as a customized, single-tenant implementation per client, not as SaaS. Each client has their own install, accounts, source code and data. AI and voice usage is billed by the vendors to the client at cost, with no per-seat or per-conversation markup. Built by NextAgency (https://nextagency.site/).

## What it does
- One assistant across chat, browser voice and phone, sharing one knowledge base and one set of tools.
- Answers only from the client's knowledge base (uploads, URLs, sitemap import) and says when it cannot answer.
- Qualifies and scores leads. Proposes bookings; nothing is booked or submitted until the visitor confirms.
- Live human takeover in chat.
- CRM sync: HubSpot built in (contacts, companies, deals, meetings, notes). Other CRMs are connected during implementation.
- MCP in both directions: run the front desk from ChatGPT or Claude (OAuth connector or token), and connect the agent to the client's own systems over MCP.
- Embed widget (one script tag) for any site: WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, static. A full site can be included.
- Analytics and cost per lead, team roles (owner, staff) and an audit log.
- AI disclosure and consent built in. Built to WCAG 2.2 AA.
